tutorial needs updating for ns-3.17 distribution changes, and bake

bake manual chapter needs to be added

I have some draft versions around that update the tutorial, and Daniel started some bake documentation; haven't had time yet to finish off and check in.

downgrading, probably enough has been done now for release in the tutorial, but a bake manual or manual chapter of some sort would be nice
