although class OnOffHelper is doxygenated, it is not being picked up in the Doxygen.

This is weird: ./waf --doxygen is generating a doxygen documentation with the OnOffHelper class in the list of classes. i.e., WORKSFORME.

[mathieu@localhost ns-3-dev]$ doxygen --version
1.5.6

Not sure what caused the issue, but running the doxygen generation script for the 3.2.1 release appears to have picked up the OnOffHellper class.  There had been no issue which I had seen in the dev branch's doxygen.
