Important warnings are not visible if the corresponding LogComponent has not been enabled.
On the other hand, turning all such important warnings into unconditional prints (e.g. via NS_LOG_UNCOND) is problematic, for they might keep appearing, thereby confusing the whole output.

A proposal[1] was to use Python-style warning filters, the main advantage of which is the fact that "they appear only once per (source file, line number)".
