Example scenario with DSR and Ping

Based on a discussion on the ns-3-user list (https://groups.google.com/d/msg/ns-3-users/UddgoGtmHEs/6Ljmbl9p8W8J), I investigated this issue a bit further and it seems like DSR can not be used with Ping application as Ping uses Ipv4RawSockets.

The attached scenario simulates 3 nodes with DSR and a ping application.
