			Most of the issues raised during the past review have been addressed. The most important issue which is still present from the previous review is that of the SpectrumModel for FDD. This was discussed with the student and the proper way of addressing the problem was identified.

			Furthermore, the student is requested to do some modification to the RLC API so that it more closely matches the interfaces with the MAC and with the RadioBearer as specified by the standard.

			Finally, the student is asked to:
			* check compliance with the coding style, including use of the check-style.py tool
			* check the doxygen documentation for typos
			* upload the revised code to codereview, in order to possibly gather comments by other ns-developers
