Packaging
We will use ns-allinone-3.12.tar.bz2 packaging as before.
Contributors can also prepare rpms and debs, but these can occur after the release, and there are some lingering issues regarding these packages:
- rpms for Fedora (Vedran Miletić)
- debs for Ubuntu/Debian (YunQiang Su)
