Release status

We are using the ns-3.31 milestone tag to track issues and merge requests in our tracker. We hope to work through the below issues soon and then make an initial release candidate for testing:

Release goals

The following new models are planned.

• TCP Linux Reno: Needs some documentation updates
• TCP Cubic: Needs some regression tests written
• TCP DCTCP: Merged
• Dual Queue Coupled PI2 AQM: Needs some regression tests written
• ECN support for FQ-CoDel AQM: Needs a regression test
• 3GPP TR 38.901 channel model: Part 1 of 2 is merged
• GSoC 2019 DCN project (if not the whole project, at least the mainline patch): Needs further review
