Release status

We are using the ns-3.31 milestone tag to track issues and merge requests in our tracker. We hope to work through the below issues in January and then make an initial release candidate for testing sometime in February:

Release goals

The following new models are planned.

• TCP Linux Reno
• TCP Cubic
• TCP DCTCP Merged
• Dual Queue Coupled PI2 AQM
• ECN support for FQ-CoDel AQM
• 3GPP TR 38.901 channel model: Part 1 of 2 is merged
• GSoC 2019 DCN project (if not the whole project, at least the mainline patch)
