The uniform distribution Random Number Generator (RNG).
This class supports the creation of objects that return random numbers from a fixed uniform distribution. It also supports the generation of single random numbers from various uniform distributions.
The output range is for floating point values, (max
excluded), and (max
included) for integral values.
Here is an example of how to use this class:
Normally this RNG returns values in the interval . If an instance of this RNG is configured to return antithetic values, the actual value returned is calculated as follows:
