Returns:
0 if the operation was not successful; the packet otherwise.

Flush the queue.

Place a packet into the rear of the Queue

Parameters:
p packet to enqueue
Returns:
True if the operation was successful; false otherwise

The number of bytes currently occupied by the packets in the Queue
