This is the wiki page for the ns-3 training sessions that will be conducted on 12 June, 2017 in Porto. For a list of all past training sessions, see Training.
Agenda
Training will be held from 09:00-18:00 at FEUP. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand so we may start at 09:00.
There will be a morning and afternoon coffee break, and canteen lunch provided (lunch break from 12:00-13:30).
Registration fees
Registration fees are not yet set for 2017 but are likely to be in line with 2016 prices for the Monday session.
Call for session leaders
We are soliciting proposals for topics and leaders of 90 minute training sessions. Training session leaders will be provided free meeting registration for the week.
Training session leaders may be ns-3 project maintainers or may be individuals from the broader community. For an example of a past training session offered by someone not on the maintenance team, see Walid Younes's 2014 excellent tutorial on ns-3 tracing.
Remote participation
We are looking into providing the ability for registered remote attendees to watch a live video stream; details TBD.
