ns-3.29 is rescheduled for July 2018.
Current open issues
- Fedora 28 (gcc-8) compilation issues with GTK
- Tracked here: https://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2936 May need to disable the warning. Tom working on this.
- (Bug 2930) Ubuntu 18.04 missing pygoocanvas package
- Tracked here: https://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2930 Ankit is looking into remaining issue.
- (Bug 2938) Change compiler flags for build profiles.
- Tracked here: https://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2938. There are really two proposals: 1) a --disable-werror option to Waf, and 2) a change to the flags. Peter commented that there are some additional inconsistencies in documentation and cleanup that could be performed (pertaining to 2). I propose to try to handle 1) for this release and save 2) for later.
