ICNS3 is in the planning stages for 2026. A steering committee has been formed and the conference is being planned for Europe in August or September of 2026 (venue and specific dates are still being finalized). Expect a call for papers to be published in the January timeframe that will be similar to the 2025 call for papers, and check back later for more information.
